Sevllure Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy

At Sevllure, every piece is created and packaged with care to ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction. Because all items are part of limited-edition drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, we understand that unexpected issues can occur. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@shopsevllure.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue store credit equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping fees). Store credit can be applied toward any future purchase.


Important Details

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition for store credit consideration.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift code.

  • Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and will automatically expire after that period. Expired store credits cannot be replaced or reissued.

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

  • Sevllure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.


Exchanges

Because of limited quantities per drop, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Store credit is the only form of compensation for eligible claims.

Right to Refuse, Define, and Limit Returns

Sevllure reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject any return, exchange, or service request at our sole discretion if we determine that a customer’s behavior or order history indicates misuse or abuse of our policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Irregular or excessive claims of damaged, defective, or missing items;

  • Evidence of “wardrobing,” excessive wear, alteration, or laundering;

  • Attempts to return or claim items not purchased from Sevllure;

  • Potential fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity related to current or past orders;

  • Disputes filed outside of our established communication process.

Sevllure also reserves the right to refuse service or future sales (both online and offline) to any individual or entity exhibiting these patterns or behaviors.
Non-Sevllure items sent to our distribution address will be discarded upon receipt and will not be returned to sender.


Additional Legal Protection

  • Proof of delivery and tracking confirmation from our carrier serves as final evidence of successful delivery. Sevllure is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • All orders undergo inspection and photographic verification prior to shipment to ensure quality and condition. These records may be used for internal review or dispute resolution.

  • By placing an order, you agree to Sevllure’s terms and conditions and acknowledge that Sevllure is not obligated to issue refunds outside the terms stated above.

  • Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a valid product may result in forfeiture of store credit eligibility and restriction from future purchases.
