Sevllure Shipping Policy

At Sevllure, each order is prepared with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and on time. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders require a standard 1–3 business day processing period before shipping. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
During high-volume drops or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.


Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Please note that these timeframes refer to business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier service, location, and weather conditions. Sevllure cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact support@shopsevllure.com with your order number.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Sevllure is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed as lost, stolen, or missing.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
For added protection, we recommend shipping to a secure address or selecting signature confirmation at checkout when available.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Sevllure is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If an address error is noticed after purchase, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.


Preorders & Limited Drops

For preorder or limited-edition items, extended fulfillment times may apply.
Estimated shipping windows will be clearly stated in the product description. Placing an order for these items indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of the stated timeframe.


Additional Legal Protection

  • All orders are documented, timestamped, and verified through our internal tracking system to confirm fulfillment and shipment.

  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation serve as final proof of delivery for dispute or chargeback purposes.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to this shipping policy and acknowledge that Sevllure cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors once the item has been shipped.
