Welcome to Sevllure (“Sevllure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and store, along with all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”), to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our storefront is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate email, billing, payment, and shipping information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and may not sell, transfer, or license your account.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to present products accurately, but colors/appearance can vary by device settings. We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or appear exactly as rendered. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We may discontinue or limit quantities for any person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Your order is an offer to purchase; Sevllure may accept or decline any order at its discretion. Payment must be received and processed before acceptance. We may be unable to cancel or modify orders once placed. If we decline or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
Purchases are subject to our Refund/Return Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal/household use and not for unauthorized resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order applies and will appear in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.
You agree to provide valid, authorized payment information and to pay all charges (including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees). Transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store full card data.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. After processing, orders generally ship within 3–7 business days (business days exclude weekends/holidays). All delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, customs, or events outside our control may occur.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the package to the carrier. Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation serve as final proof of delivery. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout; we are not liable for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.

SECTION 6 — ALL SALES FINAL; STORE CREDIT ONLY
Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@shopsevllure.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we issue store credit (excluding shipping). Store credit is issued as a digital code, valid for 30 days, and cannot be replaced, reissued, or extended after expiration. Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Exchanges are not guaranteed.

SECTION 7 — FRAUD PREVENTION; PROOF FOR DISPUTES
For quality, security, and dispute resolution, Sevllure may use:
• order, payment, and IP/time-stamp records;
• warehouse scans and carrier acceptance/delivery scans;
• internal inspection notes and pre-shipment photos.
By purchasing, you agree that carrier “Delivered” status and our internal records constitute sufficient evidence of delivery/fulfillment. Filing false “item not received,” “not as described,” or duplicate claims may result in order cancellation, denial of store credit, and restriction from future purchases.

SECTION 8 — RIGHT TO REFUSE OR LIMIT SERVICE
We may define, limit, refuse, or reject any order, claim, or service request at our sole discretion where misuse or abuse is indicated, including:
• irregular or excessive “damaged/missing” claims;
• evidence of wardrobing, excessive wear, alteration, laundering;
• attempts to return non-Sevllure items;
• suspected fraud, criminal, or abusive activity;
• disputes filed outside our published process.
We may refuse service or future sales (online/offline) for such behavior. Non-Sevllure items sent to our address will be discarded upon receipt.

SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, designs, product imagery, and content on the Services are owned by Sevllure or our licensors and protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Third-party tools and links are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Use at your own risk and review third-party terms and policies. We are not liable for third-party sites, content, products, or services.

SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify; however, your purchase is directly with Sevllure. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Sevllure. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Sevllure.

SECTION 12 — PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy practices. Information you submit may be processed by Shopify and certain partners, including across borders, to operate and improve the Services.

SECTION 13 — FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, ideas, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Sevllure a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use and display such Feedback for any purpose. You represent you have rights to your Feedback, and it complies with law and these Terms.

SECTION 14 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS
We may correct errors or update information (including pricing, availability, shipping estimates) at any time without notice, including after you submit an order.

SECTION 15 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or malicious activities; to interfere with security or operations; to spam or scrape; or to collect others’ data without consent. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

SECTION 16 — PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for orders confirmed as delivered or otherwise supported by our internal and carrier records. If you have an issue, you must contact support@shopsevllure.com within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve. Fraudulent disputes may result in cancellation of store credit eligibility, account restrictions, and collection activity where permitted by law.

SECTION 17 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by Sevllure, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers.

SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevllure and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, or data) arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sevllure (and Shopify, as applicable) from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 20 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER)
Where permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and Sevllure waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent intellectual property misuse or data-security breaches. If arbitration is not enforceable as to a particular claim, the dispute shall be heard in the courts identified in Section 22.

SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder remains in effect.

SECTION 22 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. These Terms, together with posted policies (including Shipping and Refund/Return), constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings regarding the Services.

SECTION 23 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sevllure is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 20, you consent to exclusive venue and jurisdiction in those courts.

SECTION 25 — HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 26 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance.
